I would follow an adaptive diet for a better lifestyle (though excesses must be reduced) based on the physical characteristics of the biometrics analysis (with continuous monitoring of body data and events that have upset the physique)
I would start with weekly reminders that tell you how many times it is recommended to eat sweets, fish, meat, etc. and then daily make a list (perhaps with AI who understands food by looking at the photo!) to understand what is missing or where it has already been exceeded! And how many steps you do, maybe with smartwatches.
